Ontrak Health / Senior Product Designer

Lead designer for Ontrak Mobile App, Life Dojo App and Coach App:
Worked closely with Content Strategist to shape how new Anxiety & Depression Content are delivered on mobile as well as other platforms for telephonic members in the form of SMS and emails. Illustrated strategy with workflows through different modalities for stakeholders.
Collaborated closely with the Care Team consisting of Care Coaches, Supervisors and other key stakeholders on delivering new mobile features, solicited feedback, got their buy-in, iterated before conducting usability tests with existing/graduated members to validate designs, followed by asset creation for the Engineering team to build.
Researched and presented short term workarounds for Coach app until real integrations can be built. Iterated workflows with the training team. Demonstrated importance of ground research work, to identify and pivot when needed in order to deliver within targeted launch date.
Checked in regularly with member engagement specialist team and provider network team to understand their workflows, new contracts etc. to inform my mobile workflows, such as collecting provider preferences through mobile and how collected data will be integrated with our internal secured member data platform. I also pushed for conversations needed and identified gaps for mobile integration.
Presented feature ideas to the engineering team for feasibility, to understand back end constraints and challenges, iterated before sharing with stakeholders.
Aligned and Identified areas of opportunities to deliver our program through mobile app and/or telephonic coaching, instead of mapping and replicating completely, mobile delivered in areas that would not be impacted with changing clinical requirements.
Conducted interviews with coaches to understand their challenges in order to prioritize new improvements and features to Coach App.

Drove total brand overhaul and redesign of Slice app, achieving successful iOS launch within tight deadline of 3 months as well as subsequent launch on Android and Web, which led to user growth to >5M. (Apple App Store recognized Slice app with Editor’s Choice Award during launch.)
Brainstormed and transformed business ideas into quick prototypes for testing, achieving delivery of pixel-perfect designs for engineering team, while ensuring cohesive visual design language across different platforms.

Partnered with team to help launch new wellsfargo.com website and continued to work on iPad app, delivering basic structure and framework that is still used by Wells Fargo today.
Provided art direction, creative production, templates, image sourcing and developed style guide for PG&E website. Art directed and storyboarded PGE video, providing customers with easy-to-understand overview of how to manage energy use through website.
Served as part of team that helped Intel launch new 4th-generation Intel Core Processors, from ideation down to icon creation to highlight different core features. Maintained responsibility for art direction, creative production, template creation, image sourcing and development of style guide.
Designed support website for Avaya that helped customers manage products, related documents and downloads, service and ticketing requests and even order replacement parts.
Delivered newly designed dashboard, further helping Avaya’s customers to customize products and tools used the most with one-click access.
